The Murat Theatre itself is a great place to hold a special event, with it’s impressive stage, it’s fitting for anything from local production to Broadway.

Some of the past touring acts have included hit shows such as; The Lion King, Wicked, Chicago, Jersey Boys and Dreamgirls just to name a few!

The capacity for this room alone, is 2,600 – a vast amount that makes up for most of the Old National Centre! So, just imagine the energy of being part of that audience and catching the best selection of entertainment… or better yet, make a visit to see if for yourself!

Seating at the Murat Theatre at the Old National Centre is thoughtfully designed to provide excellent views and acoustics for all attendees. 

The venue is divided into three main sections. All include seats positioned in the center, left, or right. 

Main Floor

Main Floor seating is at stage level and puts you closest to the action. This section is divided into three zones – A, B, and C. Central seats in Zone A on the Main Floor are generally considered best in house.

Royalty

Situated above the Main Floor, Royalty Level seats offer elevated views of the stage. Like the Main Floor, choose from seats to the center, left, or right of the stage. All Royalty seats are in the D zone.

Balcony

Balcony seats unlock a panoramic view of the stage from a higher vantage point. Seats in the Balcony are divided into two zones – E and F.

Accessible Seating

The Murat Theatre is committed to accessibility and offers designated seating areas for guests with disabilities. These seats are available across various sections to accommodate different preferences. Contact the Box Office in advance to secure these seats.

There are no bad seats at Murat Theatre. However, a good understanding of the seating chart can help you get the most out of your experience and avoid disappointment. Here are some tips to keep in mind when booking:

Proximity to stage: Main Floor seats are ideal if you’re looking for an up-close-and-personal experience. 

Elevated views: Royalty and Balcony levels provide an elevated view of the stage. This makes them ideal for Broadway enthusiasts who want to fully appreciate the grandeur of large-scale productions. 

Budget considerations: Zone F Balcony seats represent excellent value for money. Main Floor seats in Zone C can also be an economical option if you want to be as close as possible to the stage.
