To be able to experience legendary artists who have been at it for 50 years is really rare. They may be veterans, but they interact and command a stage like they did 50 years ago. They might classify as soft rock, but believe it or not, Air Supply rocks hard in concert – really hard. They might have played hundreds, thousands of shows, but every single show is their best show ever. They might have been together as a duo for half a century, but their chemistry is testament to the unwavering respect and friendship they harbor.

When Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock met each other while rehearsing for the Australian production of “Jesus Christ Superstar," something clicked, and the world was better for it. Their debut album, “Air Supply," was released in 1976, achieving gold accreditation. It was, however, the track “Lost in Love” off the concept album “Life Support" that brought the duo international recognition. The album “Lost in Love" was released in 1980, peaking on the Billboard Hot 100. The singles “The One That You Love” and “Making Love Out of Nothing at All” both peaked on the charts, becoming the duo’s top hits. Air Supply is one of Australia’s most unique and successful musical stories, having racked up multiple awards, such as a TV Week/Countdown Award and an induction into the ARIA Hall of Fame.

It’s undeniable: the world has been in love with and because of Air Supply for half a century. With Russell Hitchcock’s signature soaring tenor voice and Graham Russell’s simple yet majestic compositions, and most of all, their unique musical chemistry, it can’t be any other way. From “All Out of Love” to “Two Less Lonely People in the World," from “Now and Forever” to “Lonely Is the Night," from “The One That You Love” to “Even The Nights Are Better," everyone has an Air Supply favorite that they sway and swoon to!
