This rock-based band he will be bringing with him to the road includes guitarist Simon Townshend (brother of his longtime The Who co-member Peter Townshend), mandolin performer Billy Nicholl, percussionist Jody Linscott, guitarist Doug Boyle, bassist John Hogg, violinist Katie Jacoby, harmonica player Steve Weston, keyboardist Geraint Watkins, and drummer Scott Devours.
This tour will reach the Meadow Brook Amphitheatre on June 25. Performing with him and his band for this concert is one of the greatest songwriters of today, Dan Bern. Bern is known for writing thousands of songs for himself and for other artists. His biggest records include "God Said No," and "I'm Not The Guy."
